Your right of withdrawal (EU/EEA customers)
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you normally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason.

However, this right does not apply to digital content once download has begun, provided that:

You gave explicit prior consent to immediate delivery of the ebook, and
You acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery/download starts.
You confirm both of these at checkout via a mandatory checkbox before completing your purchase. Once you've downloaded your ebook, the sale is final under EU law.

If you have not yet downloaded the file, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting [support email] with your order number.

Exceptions — we will always issue a full refund or replacement, regardless of the above, if:

The file is corrupted, incomplete, or fails to open in standard, commonly available ebook readers.
You were mistakenly charged more than once for the same order.
You did not receive your download link within 24 hours and our support team could not resolve it.
To request a refund, contact [support email] with your order number and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

This policy does not affect any other statutory rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
